Cupping is a technique used by many doctors, physical therapists, and massage therapists to help reduce knee pain and move lymp. Scientific studies strongly suggest that cupping is effective for relieving pain with no adverse effects. Cupping is a manual therapy technique that involves the use of 100% Medical Grade silicone cups on the clients skin to create a suction. The suction lifts the tissue and stimulates blood flow to the cupped area. Includes 4 essential oils and pain cream.

 Deep tissue manual therapy involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia.  It's used for chronic aches and pain in focused areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

SOFT, GENTLE, RELAXING. Complimentary AromaTherapy, Hot Towels, Hot Stones. This technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension through soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles.  Lymphatic Drainage using the Vodder method is a specialized technique that is a very gentle, light touch, no pressure, that helps move lymphatic fluid creating a natural detox. (The lymphatic system is part of the immune system that filters and detoxes.) Lymph drainage is an excellent technique for sinuses, post op surgery, tummy tucks, lymphedema, and to help reduce swelling.
